                Respected sir,

                                I am Venu. From Prakasam District. I had already given these complaints to you, in the past. Once again I’m showing some drawbacks in your departments. Such as:

·         On the way many members are asking some money help and say we lose purse in Tirumala. So the solution to this problem is: maintain separate help center in police station. If lose money and they have no money means after complaint call to their native throw police station. And says to money throw western union money transfer to Tirumala police station. Instantly they will get money it is only permanent solution.

·         Please maintain a first aid health center at 700 steps because of many members who is not health properly they will struggle at this step onwards. Present having at only Galigopuram but it is not having ORS liquid power.

·         Please maintain CC cameras in tonsure places because almost all members asking bribes instead of tips. Means they demanding money so to solve this please maintain an ombudsmen office to punish and maintain this.

·         In Papavinasanam and Akasaganga not having any toilets so please maintain 2 or more toilets there

·         In Old Papavinasanam it means before that river there is not having way to see it because of it fenced with plants. Completely collapse it to go to that place. But that place is marvelous so to see it please clear that road from new Papavinasanam onwards.

·         The most people faced problem is please fencing between Gali Gopuram to VenuGopala Swami temple i.e Neelagiri hills. Because of this area is too dangerous so that many members saw leopards and tigers also. All pilgrims come with worship but if not fencing they will come with fear/afraid it’s more dangerous to Tirumala. 

·         To Tirumala from Tirupathi luggage transfer center please attached a sticker type number instead of chickpeas number because if they written with chickpeas that stich is not gone up to 2 months like voter ink so please maintain electric computerized sticker method 

Conclusion:        Sir these problems is easily solvable but it not clear with small pretexts so please do it as early as possible sir
